CNC Machine Operator/Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator + Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and programming CNC milling machines, along with a strong understanding of technical drawings and machining processes. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components.
• Program CNC machines using G-code or relevant CAM software to meet design specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks to verify accuracy and tolerances.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, adjusting programs or tools as needed.
• Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC milling machine operator and programmer.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., G-code, CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Solid understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
