CNC Machine Operator

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC turning or milling or grinding operation.
• Education: ITI, Diploma, B.E can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, milling, or grinding) to perform machining operations as per requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Load raw materials and tools into machines and ensure proper alignment.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate production records and report deviations or defects.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve machining issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
