CNC Machine Operator

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating CNC machinery, ensuring precision in the fabrication of components.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Time served CNC machinists required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience required.
• Ability to read and perform program editing when required.
• Ability to read and interpret machine drawings.
• Ability to use various measuring equipment including but not limited to O/D micrometres, I/D micrometres, depth micrometres, vernier callipers, thread gauges.
• Experience with machining various threads, including IF & Regular.
• Turning & milling experience.
• Ability to work with the minimal supervision.

PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Fanuc control experience.
• 4 axis milling experience.
• Threading line experience.
• In-Situ type machine experience.

The desired candidate will have experience in a similar manufacturing environment role. They will have sound knowledge of CNC machines and their capabilities, must be PC literate with the ability to follow documented procedures.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to organise and prioritise along with being able to work to tight deadlines.
