We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Select, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper function.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with supervisors or maintenance when issues arise.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Saudi national residing in or close to Dammam
