CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines for joinery and interior fit-out works, ensuring high accuracy, quality, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines (3-axis / 4-axis / 5- Axis) for joinery production.
• Interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production drawings accurately.
• Prepare CNC programs using AutoCAD drawings.
• Set up machine parameters, tools, and materials before operation.
• Operate CNC machines for cutting, Sizing, Boring, grooving, and curved shaping
• Ensure accuracy of dimensions and maintain production tolerances.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for clarifications.
• Optimize material usage and reduce wastage.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain proper labeling and identification of cut components.
• Follow safety procedures and factory quality standards.
• Maintain daily production reports and output tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Wood Technology / Production Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in CNC operation within joinery or fit-out factory.
• Strong knowledge of MDF, plywood, solid wood, veneer, laminates, and hardware drilling patterns.
• Experience with nesting CNC and beam saw coordination.
• Knowledge of CNC programming software's
• Ability to read technical drawings and cut lists accurately.
