As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting-up and operating CNC machines to produce steel parts in a variety of shapes and sizes. You won't get bored in this position!

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting-up and operating CNC machines to produce steel parts in a variety of shapes and sizes. You won't get bored in this position!
What this work looks like:
- Read process sheets, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine dimensions, setup, and operating requirements
- Set up and operate CNC machines to machine steel work pieces
- Perform and document quality inspections
- Monitor and replace machine tooling as needed
Skills needed to win:
- Comfortable using CNC machine controls and following instructions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
- Solid understanding of basic math, including fractions and decimals
- Dependable, detail-orientated, and committed to doing the job right
- Eager to learn and grow into more complex roles like multi-axis machining and programming
