We're looking for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

This position is ideal for someone with previous CNC machining experience. You'll operate CNC mills and lathes while working as part of an experienced manufacturing team to produce high-quality precision components.

This position includes a 10% second shift premium. The posted compensation includes the shift premium.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment
• Make routine tool wear offsets
• Change inserts and cutting tools as needed
• Monitor part quality throughout production
• Keep machines running safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support setup machinists and other production personnel as needed

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred
• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Work Location: Brooklyn Heights, Ohio

Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check, consistent with applicable laws.

Pay: $25.30 - $33.00 per hour
