CNC Machine Operator cum Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision plastic, or wood parts and instruments. The operator will ensure parts meet exact specifications by reading technical drawings, measuring completed components, and adjusting machine settings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines routers to perform precision machining operations.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job orders.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor machining processes.
• Adjust machine controls, tool offsets, and program codes to fix issues and improve performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Document production runs and quality checks accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize processes and resolve production issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator or machinist.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and G-code programming is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during shifts.
