CNC Machine Operator/ Programmer

We are hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operators specializing in woodworking machinery. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience operating Beam Saw, Boring, and CNC Router machines, along with the ability to read technical drawings, maintain equipment, and support production tasks across the factory.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up wood CNC machines, including:

Beam Saw

Boring Machines

CNC Router (Wood)

Read and interpret AutoCAD technical drawings accurately.

Working knowledge on AutoCAD

Use calibration tools to maintain precision and quality.

Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments.

Carry out ARTCAM/CNC programming and machining tasks.

Assist with material preparation, loading, and machine adjustments (Helper‑to‑Setter tasks).

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Perform any required tasks within the factory to support smooth operations
