What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts to print specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T callouts
• Perform in-process inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM
• Make program offsets and edits to maintain dimensional accuracy during production runs
• Complete production paperwork, maintain work area cleanliness, and follow all safety procedures

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience (Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak control preferred)
• Ability to set up jobs from scratch, not just run established programs
• Solid understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling, and workholding
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and ability to hold tight tolerances
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player — you take pride in your work

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
