CNC Machinist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Wyoming, Michigan

We are a growing, family owned, fast-paced CNC shop specializing in light production runs with occasional job shop work. Our team values precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship, and we’re looking for a motivated machinist to join our growing operation.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, skilled CNC Machinist with 2+ years of hands-on experience operating Haas mills and Lathes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable running Haas machines and programing with Mastercam. Some experience with Siemens controllers is a plus. Must have their own tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Haas mills for light production runs
• Occasionally operate Haas CNC lathe (experience preferred but not required)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Program and edit using Mastercam software
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year CNC machining experience (Haas mills required)
• Lathe experience a plus
• Proficiency in Mastercam programming
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with Siemens controllers
• Must have own tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
