CNC Machinist

Overview
Small Rebuild & Machine Shop that services the Gable Top Liquid Packaging Industry, Seeking a Machinist experienced making small lot parts from prints, sketches, samples, and verbal instruction, using mainly traditional machining methods, principals, and manual machining skills.

Machine Shop equipment includes 2- Haas CNC Machining Centers, 2-Prototrak Mills & 3-Prototrak Lathes.

QUALIFICATIONS -

* 2+ years current experience in Machine Shop

* Mechanical Background relating to Machine Shop Functions

* Basic Math Knowledge, Trigonometry, and Geometry

* HS Diploma or Certificate

* Experience with Manual Lathe & Mill, CNC is a plus

* Experience with Measuring Tools & Inspections, Micrometers, Scales, Verniers & Gauges

* Ability to Layout & Verify Dimensions

* Ability to Study, Understand & Interpret Prints, Sketches & Verbal Instructions

* MUST have Basic Machine Shop Tools

HOURS -

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

90-Day Performance Probationary Period
