CNC Machinist

We are currently looking to hire 3 person(s) for CNC Lathe with a minimum of 10+ years of experience working with CNC Lathe machines. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Drug-Free Workplace.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Set up and operate programs on the CNC Lathe with Fanuc programming and related equipment; check work for conformity to the print specifications and quality standards.

JOB DUTIES:

• Set up & Run various parts on a CNC Lathe utilizing G and M Code. (MAZAK, Fanuc)
• Ensure all components are produced to meet specifications using appropriate measuring equipment such as Micrometers, thread gages, and Calipers
• 3rd and 4th axis
• Must be able to determine the right tools needed for setup and operation.
• Must Deburr your parts
• Read blueprint drawings.
• Monitor tool wear
• change tools and inserts as required.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Good work ethic and a positive attitude.
• work in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain quality and production.

What you need for this position:
- 10+ years of experience as a CNC Lathe machinist

-A setup test is required to ensure you are a viable candidate
