CNC Machinist (Turning & Milling)

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in both CNC turning and CNC milling operations. The candidate must be capable of reading drawings, preparing 2D programs, setting up machines, and independently operating them to achieve accurate and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines
• Create, edit, and run 2D CNC programs (manual programming)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters
• Perform machine setup, alignment, and part proving
• Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.)
• Maintain consistent quality and follow production schedules
• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Strong experience in both CNC turning and milling
• Ability to do 2D programming and machine operation independently
• Good knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining processes
• Experience working with tight tolerances
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality
