CNC Maintenance Technician
Gil-Mar Manufacturing Company is currently looking for an experienced
CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team.
1st shift - Monday - Thursday - 6:00 AM - 4:15 PM (Friday and Saturday with opportunities for overtime)
This position will be required to perform machine maintenance on various types of machines within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with diagnosing and repairing issues with CNC's
- Will be responsible diagnosing and repairing dials, presses and other miscellaneous manufacturing equipment.
- The ability to use CNC controls to diagnose machine repairs through ladder logic.
- Fanuc controls experience is desired.
- Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, and PLCs
- Maintain mobile equipment, Hi-Lo, floor scrubber, etc., change/check oil levels and perform minor maintenance.
- Using Preventative Maintenance check sheets, perform preventative maintenance (grease, oil, belt inspection etc..) on equipment as stated.
- Excellent benefit package after 90 calendar days!
Industrial plant setting. Continuous exposure to noise. Safety protection required . Must wear safety shoes, ear protection and safety glasses. Must strive for continuous improvement. Overtime may be required.
