Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician
Location: Koregaon Bhima
Experience: 1+ Year
Salary: ₹20,000 In-hand per month
CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Diagnose faults in PLC, drives, motors, and control panels
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and improve MTTR
• Support production team during machine breakdowns
• Follow safety and maintenance SOPs

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of PLC systems
• Understanding of CNC machine operations
• Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read electrical drawings

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
• Minimum 1 year experience in CNC maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
