Billet Racing Products (BRP) manufactures precision billet aluminum components for the off-road motorcycle and UTV industry. We are a 31+ year established company based in Colorado Springs.

We are hiring an experienced CNC Mill Machinist who can independently set up and run CNC mills in a production environment.

This is not an entry-level position.

Equipment

• Doosan Mills (Fanuc Control)
• Fadal VMCs

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines from existing programs
• Install tooling and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Adjust offsets and hold tight tolerances
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Proven CNC machining experience - 3+ years experience
• Ability to perform setups independently
• Strong understanding of tooling and machining processes
• Attention to detail
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Fanuc control experience
• Experience machining billet aluminum parts
• Mastercam experience is a plus

Competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
