A rapidly growing manufacturing organization in Clearwater is seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators to join their team across multiple shifts. Machines You May Work With:

• HAAS CNC Mills
• Yang CNC Machines
• Multi-axis CNC machining centers

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met.
• Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all production and safety procedures.

• Previous CNC mill operation experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of G & M code preferred.
• Ability to edit programs offline is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
