We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Setter Operator to join our clients dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machine operation, with proficiency in Heidenhain and/or Mazak systems. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling centers
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices for each job
• Perform first article inspections and maintain quality control throughout the production process
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work environment
• Train and mentor junior operators as needed
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance
