PMMI, Precision Metal Machining, Inc. is a first class 34,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Carlstadt, NJ.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and to make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and measuring instruments
- Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with programming CNC machines is a plus

Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Knowledge of laser cutting processes
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
- Experience with milling machines
- Understanding of machining processes and techniques
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

- Forklift operation for material handling
- Ability to operate a crane for heavy lifting
