CNC Operator

• Prepare duct shop drawings using CAMduct and AutoCAD.
• Input duct data for fabrication (sizes, fittings, materials).
• Optimize material usage and generate CNC cutting files.
• Coordinate with design and fabrication teams.
• Produce job packs, labels, and cutting schedules.
• Maintain CAMduct database and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Follow project specs and industry standards (e.g., SMACNA).

· Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Hands-on experience in nesting, unfolding, and machine programming.

Qualification:

· 1–3 years of experience in duct fabrication or HVAC drafting.

· Proficient in Autodesk CAMduct software.

· Understanding of HVAC ductwork design and fabrication.

· Knowledge of sheet metal layout, cutting lists, and machine operations.

· Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software is an advantage.
