Fiber Laser Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fiber Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining fiber laser cutting machines used in the production of metal works

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up fiber laser cutting machines (metal sheet cutting, engraving, etc.)
• Interpret technical drawings and job orders to ensure accuracy in cutting
• Select appropriate materials and machine settings for each job
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Work closely with production team to meet project deadlines
• Follow safety standards and company policies at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fiber Laser Operator (preferably with brass, stainless steel, and sheet metals)
• Knowledge of CNC and laser cutting software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
