CNC Programmer and Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish hardwood furniture components.

- Create and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models.

- Follow project drawing and blueprints to accurately fabricate parts.

- Discuss project details and requirements with carpenters and designers to ensure alignment and quality.

- Utilize ArtCAM or other CNC software to create detailed toolpaths and designs for CNC machining.

- Set up and calibrate CNC machines for various tasks, ensuring precision and accuracy.

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and to specification.

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
