CNC Operator

The CNC Printing Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials according to design specifications. The role involves ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

• Set up CNC printing machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Load printing materials (e.g., wood, acrylic, metal, or PVC sheets).
• Calibrate and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and print quality.
• Execute print jobs as per design files or technical drawings.
• Monitor printing operations to ensure alignment, color accuracy, and finish quality.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent output.
• Inspect printed products for defects, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Perform test runs and proof checks before full production.
• Ensure finished materials meet design and client specifications.
• Prepare design files (AI, DXF, PDF, etc.) for CNC printing.
• Maintain organized digital records of print jobs, settings, and output.

High school diploma or technical certificate in printing, mechanical, or related field.

Proven experience as a CNC or digital printing operator.

Knowledge of CNC machinery, UV printing, or flatbed printing technology.

Basic understanding of design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, AutoCAD preferred).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.
