CNC Operator (Biesse Rover)

The CNC Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC machines, specifically Biesse Rover systems, to produce high-quality components in accordance with technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines in compliance with established safety and productivity procedures
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to obtain job specifications and machining details
• Prepare CNC programs using AutoCAD, generating and importing .DXF files into CNC software such as Biesse Works and Biesse Editor
• Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines using Biesse software, Artcam, G-code, and ISO files
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure machines remain in good working condition

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably with Biesse Rover machines
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and file preparation
• Ability to read technical drawings and machining instructions
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
