CNC Operator Trainer

Job Summary
Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a motivated CNC Operator Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about machining, manufacturing processes, and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on CNC machine operation (turning, milling, and basic programming).
• Teach fundamentals of G-code, machine setup, tooling, and safety procedures.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Support senior trainers in conducting workshops and hands-on practical sessions.
• Provide guidance to participants on CNC machining principles and real-world applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, machining technologies, and CNC software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines, tools, and programming concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a training environment.
