CNC OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operate CNC machines to cut and fabricate components as per approved drawings.

· Load, set up, and secure materials on the machine for cutting or machining.

· Check, verify, and run CNC programs received from the design team.

· Select and prepare correct tools, bits, and settings before machining operations.

· Ensure all components are produced accurately, within required tolerances and quality standards.

· Perform daily cleaning, basic maintenance, and inspection of the CNC machine and tools.

· Report any machine issues, material shortages, or errors in files to the supervisor immediately.

· Develop CNC-ready files, cutting lists, and material specifications for production.

· Review project requirements, site measurements, and technical details before finalizing drawings.

· Ensure all designs comply with company standards, material limitations, and fabrication methods.

· Maintain accurate documentation, drawing revisions, and project records.

· Provide technical support during production and assist in solving any design-related issues.

· Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely submission of all drawings and design outputs.

· Supervise daily production activities and ensure workflow aligns with project schedules and quality standards.

· Assign tasks to production staff and monitor work progress in all areas of fabrication.

· Monitor quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all fabricated items.

· Identify production issues, delays, or discrepancies and report them to management.

· Enforce safety rules, proper machine handling, and cleanliness in the production area.

· Maintain daily production reports, staff attendance, material usage, and progress updates.

· Implement improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall production quality.

· Maintain safety practices, follow company procedures, and keep the work area clean and organized
