Production Engineer – Precast Factory

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our precast factory team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production operations, QC/QA, and the ability to manage workers and oversee daily factory activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities within the precast factory.
• Implement and monitor Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures in accordance with approved standards.
• Ensure precast elements are manufactured in compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Manage, guide, and supervise factory workers and production teams.
• Coordinate with quality, production, and store departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly production and quality reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations inside the factory.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a precast or concrete manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of QC/QA systems for precast concrete production.
• Strong ability to manage labor and handle factory operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to AED 4,500, based on experience.
