Driver cum Supervisor

Requirements: UAE Driving License (Mandatory), Minimum 2 years Experience in Wood & Steel Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Driver cum Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will have dual responsibilities of driving as well as supervising production activities. Your key duties will include:

• Safely operating company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to various job sites.
• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day production activities.
• Reporting to the Manager regarding project requirements, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures during transportation and production activities.
• Communicating effectively with team members, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Adhering to project timelines, deadlines, and specifications while maintaining a high standard of work quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Wood & Steel Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Joinery Production Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
