Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative CNC Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the furniture, woodwork, or joinery field. The candidate must be skilled in operating 3 Axis flatbed CNC machines, capable of handling both 2D and 3D designs, and experienced with modern CNC design and programming software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and program 3 Axis flatbed CNC routers for joinery and furniture production.
• Create and execute 2D and 3D designs using advanced CNC software.
• Develop tool paths and cutting files using ArtCAM, Aspire, or similar CAD/CAM software.
• Ensure precision, quality, and creativity in every design and finished product.
• Perform machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to convert concepts into final products.
• Inspect finished pieces and ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven CNC experience in woodwork, furniture, or joinery.
• Strong knowledge of 3 Axis flatbed CNC operation.
• Proficiency in ArtCAM, Aspire, and other relevant CAD/CAM software (e.g., VCarve, AutoCAD).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, 2D & 3D models.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ready to join immediately.
