Co-Founder and CTO

Theoddcoders Technologies is a growing web design and digital marketing agency helping businesses establish a strong online presence and achieve measurable growth. We have identified a significant gap in the market for small businesses, and our mission is to bridge that gap by providing affordable, high-quality digital solutions. We are now looking for a driven and experienced Co-Founder & CTO who will serve as the bridge between clients and the company, leading our technical strategy and ensuring successful project delivery.

Role Overview:
As Co-Founder & CTO, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of the company, managing project execution, and ensuring our clients’ needs are effectively translated into scalable web and digital solutions. You will work closely with the founding team to grow and scale the business with a strong focus on serving small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end website design, development, and digital marketing processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the design, development, and marketing teams.
• Evaluate client needs, especially those of small businesses, and deliver scalable, budget-friendly, high-quality solutions.
• Define and optimize technology stack, tools, and workflows for efficiency.
• Contribute to business growth strategy as a core member of the founding team.
• Ensure the agency stays updated with the latest web design, SEO, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Proven background in web design, web development, or digital agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of the website development lifecycle (design, development, hosting, maintenance).
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills for handling client discussions and team management.
• Must come from a technical background – please do not apply if you are not familiar with the website development process.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and scaling an agency targeting small businesses.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a startup or agency leadership role.
• Exposure to working with international clients.
• Understanding of automation tools, project management systems, or CRM integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• CTO: 3 years (Required)
• Web development: 3 years (Preferred)
