As Co-Founder & CTO, you’ll:
- Lead product development: Architect, build, and iterate the core SaaS platform from MVP to scalable product.
- Own the tech stack: Decide and implement the best technologies for speed, scalability, and security.
- AI & Automation Focus: Build intelligent automation workflows, integrate LLMs, and leverage APIs to deliver recruitment-specific solutions.
- Collaborate on vision: Work closely with me to shape product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure we solve real customer pain points.
- Build and lead a team: As we grow, recruit and manage engineers, setting the technical culture and standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Full-stack engineering experience: Strong ability to design, code, test, and deploy SaaS applications.
- Experience with AI/LLMs & automation tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, custom workflow engines).
- SaaS development knowledge: Authentication, multi-tenancy, API integrations, dashboards, usage tracking, and subscription billing.
- Problem solver & builder mindset: Can bootstrap quickly and ship an MVP fast, then refine.
- Startup DNA: Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, resilient, and motivated by ownership.
- Interest in recruitment/HR tech is a plus, but not required.
