Job Summary

We are seeking a committed CO Homeroom Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the IB philosophy while supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. The role involves inquiry-based teaching, strong classroom ownership, and active collaboration within the school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, IB-aligned lessons that promote inquiry and conceptual understanding.
• Act as the homeroom teacher, supporting students’ well-being, routines, and overall development.
• Assess, document, and report student progress as per IB assessment practices.
• Collaborate with subject teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning and integration.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and school leadership.

• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Reflective practitioner with a student-centric approach.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (relevant subject specialization preferred).
• Teaching qualification as per school norms.
• Prior experience as a homeroom/primary teacher (IB experience preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
