This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence young minds positively while working in a supportive and energetic setting dedicated to excellence in early childhood education.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to promote holistic childhood development.
  • Lead classroom activities that encourage active learning, creativity, and social interaction among children of various age groups.

  • Collaborate with co-teachers to plan lessons aligned with developmental milestones and standardized testing requirements.
  • Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive learning experiences.

  • Experience with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of childhood development theories, Montessori methods, literacy education techniques, and standardized testing procedures.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of educators dedicated to early childhood education excellence.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively.
  • Background in teaching physical education or tutoring young children is a plus; familiarity with toddler care and private school environments is beneficial. Join us in shaping the future by providing inspiring educational experiences that empower young learners!
