Co Teacher

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Co-Teacher at Capital International Schools. The Co-Teacher will be responsible for assisting lead teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and delivering instruction. The Co-Teacher will support student learning through small group instruction, provide additional support to students with varying abilities, and collaborate with lead teachers to assess student progress and development. Additionally, the Co-Teacher will engage with parents and guardians, contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and participate in professional development and training sessions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus
