Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where young children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically. This position requires patience, creativity, and a strong commitment to early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for kindergarten students.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Teach basic skills such as letters, numbers, colours, and shapes.
• Foster social skills, emotional regulation, and appropriate classroom behaviour.
• Use storytelling, music, games, and play-based learning techniques.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and school leadership.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and organization in line with health and safety standards.
• Manage classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement and clear expectations.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Teaching license (if required in your area).
• Experience working with young children.
• Friendly, patient, and good at communicating.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
