Coastal Primary Care APP Opportunity — North Myrtle Beach, SC

McLeod Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated Primary Care team in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys providing high‑quality care to patients who may struggle to access daytime appointments.

In this role, you’ll manage a full spectrum of primary care needs that arise during evening and weekend hours—offering vital access for working families, students, and individuals with busy schedules. You’ll be part of a supportive, well‑established practice that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and community‑focused care.

You’ll join a welcoming and professional team consisting of:

2 Physicians
2 Advanced Practice Providers
1–2 Medical Assistants
Dedicated Clerical/Front‑Office Support

This team-based environment ensures you have the support you need to focus on what matters most—exceptional patient care.

Your schedule will align with times when patients most commonly need alternative access to care:

Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
NO CALL- 100% Outpatient Clinic

This unique schedule is ideal for providers who prefer later hours, appreciate a non‑traditional structure, or desire daytime flexibility during the week.
