Ensure correct application techniques are followed.

Record environmental parameters:

Ensure coating application is carried out within permissible conditions.

Verify paint materials against approved datasheets.

Check:

Batch numbers

Shelf life

Storage conditions

Ensure proper mixing ratios and induction times are followed.

Maintain inspection records and logs.
-
Prepare Daily Inspection Reports (DIR).

Update coating inspection registers.
-
Assist in preparation of QA/QC documentation dossier.

Follow and implement Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).

Witness and record hold/witness points as per project requirements.
-
Raise inspection requests (IRs) as required.
-
Identify deviations from specifications.
-
Report issues to supervisor.

Assist in closing NCRs and verifying corrective actions.

Coordinate with:

Production/blasting/painting teams
-
QA/QC supervisors and engineers

Client inspectors/TPIs
-
Support smooth inspection clearance.
