Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durham, NC, for a Cocktail Lounge Manager at a cocktail lounge in durham owned by Telangana Spice Kitchen. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, managing staff schedules, training team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards for food and beverage quality. Additional responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, creating new cocktail menus, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Collaboration with other departments to enhance overall guest experience is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to ensure guest satisfaction and address customer feedback effectively
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage services, including cocktail preparation, menu creation, and maintaining quality standards
• Excellent Communication skills to relay information clearly to staff and interact professionally with guests
• Experience in Training staff, including providing guidance, feedback, and skill development
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, with the ability to implement sales strategies and meet revenue goals
• Exceptional leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or a similar role
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and liquor licensing laws
