BAR MANAGER

Bar Manager – Fine Dining Lounge & Nightlife

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our fine dining lounge and nightlife bar operations. This role combines high‑end service standards with vibrant nightlife energy, delivering exceptional cocktails, smooth operations, and an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑night bar operations in a fine dining lounge environment
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff
• Curate cocktail menus and oversee beverage quality and presentation
• Control inventory, ordering, costs, and bar profitability
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Create a welcoming, high‑energy atmosphere while maintaining luxury service standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in fine dining, lounge, or nightlife venues
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and premium beverages
• Leadership mindset with strong people‑management skills
• Experience in cost control, inventory, and high‑volume service
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
