KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set goals and prepare annual budgets; monitor and control expenses
- Implement action plans to meet productivity, quality, and service standards
- Minimize waste and control food costs through portion and prep monitoring
- Maintain high hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Supervise and motivate staff; create a positive team atmosphere
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain staff records, schedules, attendance, and expenses
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and service requests
- Analyze reports to identify issues and implement solutions
- Forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels
- Conduct staff training and enforce team discipline
- Liaise with Area/Operations Managers for service improvements
- Contribute to local store marketing (LSM) ideas and execution
- Uphold brand image and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee audits, system improvements, and change implementation
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong in budgeting and cost control
- Skilled in team leadership and staff supervision
- Experience in inventory and waste management
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service handling
- Familiar with audits, reports, and admin tasks
- Able to train staff and enforce standards
- Good communication with area/ops managers
- LSM or marketing experience is a plus
