Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Age Limit: 18 – 30 years
Languages: English + Any Local Language

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Coding Teacher to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in teaching and the ability to simplify coding concepts for students of various age groups. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach coding concepts such as basic programming, logic building, and app/game development.
• Deliver engaging sessions to students in a classroom or studio setup.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning modules.
• Assist in the creation of learning materials, curriculum content, and training videos.
• Guide students through practical exercises, coding challenges, and projects.
• Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Track student progress and provide feedback on performance.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and teaching methods.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
• Basic knowledge of computers, coding logic, and algorithms.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in teaching coding or working in an EdTech environment.
• Ability to create PPTs, worksheets, or training videos.
• Exposure to STEM/Robotics/Coding for kids programs.
