As part of our digital transformation, we’re building a Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on embedding intelligence and foresight throughout our organization, and we’re looking for skilled analysts to join us on this journey.

Role Summary
We are seeking Performance Analysts and Forecasting & Intelligence Analysts who are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. These analysts will be central to embedding intelligence across DQ, ensuring our decision-making is proactive, informed, and aligned with our strategy. The ideal candidates will have the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, turn complex data into clear, forward-looking insights, and help drive governance and strategy decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• KPI Monitoring & Performance Tracking: Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track performance and ensure visibility of key metrics across DQ.
• Insight Generation: Analyze operational and delivery data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights.
• Forecasting & Scenario Analysis: Build predictive models and perform scenario analysis to anticipate future risks and enable proactive decision-making.
• Governance Enablement: Prepare intelligence packs to support decision-making in governance forums, ensuring strategic clarity.
• Alignment & Coordination: Collaborate with CoE leads and unit heads to ensure insights are embedded into strategic and operational rhythms across DQ.
• Accountability & Feedback: Proactively highlight risks, identify blind spots, and provide actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Exposure to digital transformation or IT service delivery is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of forecasting, scenario modeling, and predictive analysis.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
