Tchibo is a unique company because it operates both as a retailer and coffee shop and also sells its FMCG branded products through retail chains and its own online store. We’re looking for a
Demand & Allocation Supervisor
to join our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Track all channel forecasts on a monthly and yearly basis and provide insights to management
-
Prepare and deliver data inputs for
S&OP and S&OE
meetings
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of allocation and demand planning processes through operational insights
-
Monitor and allocate coffee, machine, and competence products across all brands and CS channels to ensure balanced stock levels
-
Take proactive measures for flash opportunities and unexpected sales spikes
-
Take an active role in
B2B order management
, managing processes end-to-end
-
Monitor order fulfillment performance across customers and channels, coordinating corrective actions when necessary
-
Conduct scrap and return risk analysis and collaborate with
Sales & Marketing
teams to define improvement actions

Support Shops & Online replenishment processes
-
Prepare weekly international orders for coffee, machine, competence categories and coordinate approval processes with relevant stakeholders

Update forecasts in
IBP/APO
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
-
Min. 4 years
of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or allocation roles in Retail or FMCG (preferably food category)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid reporting capabilities
-
Ability to build positive relations and work collaboratively with several teams (Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain)

Proactive mindset with ability to take quick actions and make decisions

Proficiency in
ERP/IBP
systems and advanced Excel skills

SAP knowledge is a strong advantage

Strong communication skills in
English
(German is a plus)
