We’re Hiring: Coffee Machine Refiller (Dubai Police Accounts)

Mood Espresso is looking for reliable and hardworking Coffee Machine Refillers to support our operations across Dubai Police locations. If you are disciplined, hands-on, and enjoy fieldwork, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company truck/van to deliver, relocate, and service coffee machines
• Refill coffee machines with water, coffee beans, chocolate, karak tea, sugar, and cups
• Clean and maintain coffee machines following proper hygiene standards
• Handle urgent refills, relocations, and technical concerns across Dubai Police sites
• Log technical issues and completed tasks using the Odoo system
• Operate and monitor coffee machines using the telemetric system
• Submit waste and hygiene reports when required
• Coordinate daily with the assigned coordinator and support team members
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, confidentiality, and ethical conduct

Requirements:

• Valid Manual Driving License (mandatory)
• Neat appearance and high personal hygiene standards
• Willingness to work in multiple locations and respond quickly to service needs
• Team-oriented and comfortable with daily reporting via WhatsApp

Working Schedule:

• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour break)
• 6 working days per week
• 1 day off (Sunday) or depending on operational requirements
