We are estaie, the world’s first AI-native extended-stay platform. Three founders, three nationalities, three religions—united by one mission: redefine extended stays and build a unicorn within five years. We are scaling aggressively across B2B and B2C, and while our mindset is global, our most strategic growth market is Saudi Arabia.


We are not hiring an advisor or a part-timer. We are searching for a fourth cofounder—a Saudi national who will invest, build, and lead with us.

What We’re Looking For: A builder and leader—not a title-holder.


Must-haves

  • Saudi national with credibility and networks across business, hospitality, real estate, travel, or technology.
  • Angel investor committing USD 100,000 (aligned with each of our founders’ own cheques).
  • Full-time founder commitment (no advisory/part-time tracks).
  • Fluent English; strong executive presence with multistakeholder communication.
  • Proven sales and marketing operator with B2B and B2C track record: enterprise sales cycles, government/commercial partnerships, and consumer growth.
  • Metrics native: expert at diagnosing and compounding LTV, CAC, payback, CTR, CPC, CPL, activation, conversion, retention, churn—and translating data into operating decisions and investor narratives.
  • Government experience or public-sector exposure is a strong plus (tenders, MOUs, GR/PR).
  • Mindset: humble, fast, high-ownership. Brings multiple solutions, challenges the room, and executes.



What You’ll Do (Mandate: Lead Saudi Arabia)

Sales & Partnerships

  • Drive 50+ corporate/government MOUs and 50+ hotel/serviced-apartment onboardings per month (direct, channel, and programmatic).
  • Build enterprise pipelines with relocation firms, government programs, giga-projects, and large employers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and enterprise agreements; close and expand.


Licensing & Operations

  • Secure KSA commercial licensing; ensure full compliance and banking readiness. (MISA Secured).
  • Stand up local ops (billing, invoicing, collections, reporting) and partner workflows.


Team Building

  • Recruit and lead the first Saudi-based team (sales, partnerships, operations).
  • Install a performance culture rooted in speed, honesty, humility, and respect.


Growth Metrics & Instrumentation

  • Own CAC, LTV, payback period, funnel conversion, churn/retention, ROAS/ROMI.
  • Operate a metrics cadence (weekly/monthly dashboards; quarterly OKRs).
  • Align performance marketing, SEO/SEM, demand gen, and enterprise BD to targets.


Fundraising

  • Partner with the CEO on KSA investor relations and capital formation.
  • Translate traction into compelling, data-driven fundraising narratives.


Execution

  • Be on the ground: submit documents, manage tenders, negotiate, sign, launch, expand—daily.
