Job description:
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for management.

Improve processes and ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and QHSE requirements.

Manage inventory of critical spare parts and chemicals, and ensure assets are counted and recorded.

Maintain strong communication with clients and lead performance review meetings.

Monitor and control CT & SMS/FB operational costs, ensuring alignment with CAPEX/OPEX budgets.

Coordinate closely with Maintenance to ensure equipment readiness and updated MPRO records.

Lead internal/external meetings and address management queries related to operations and financials.
-
Ensure all company processes, SOPs, and documents are followed and updated.

Conduct regular site visits and document non‑compliance findings.

Plan and coordinate job execution to meet client requirements.
-
Oversee service delivery and ensure full compliance with Abraj and client SOPs.

Support recruitment and onboarding of operational staff.
-
Maintain succession plans and employee development/training plans.
-
Conduct operational improvement meetings and review SOPs.
-
Ensure annual objectives and performance reviews are completed on time.

Lead the Competency Management Program to meet all KPIs.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree of Engineering or any related field.
-
10 years of experience in Coil Tubing.
