Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to establish rapport quickly.
  • Present product and service offerings clearly, highlighting key benefits tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Engage in effective negotiation to overcome objections and close sales deals confidently.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through strategic outreach.
  • Conduct business development activities by identifying new prospects within target markets and industries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during calls by listening actively, answering questions thoroughly, and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
  • Knowledge of technology or technical sales is highly desirable, along with experience in outbound calling campaigns.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Prior experience in customer service or marketing can be an advantage for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and foster long-term client relationships.
