Business Development Executive -Industrial Equipment

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team on an initial 3-month contract. Your primary responsibility will be cold calling a targeted list of clients to promote and sell industrial equipment — including pumps, compressors, lubricants, and oils. Top performers will be offered a permanent full-time position at the end of the contract period.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cold calling a provided list of prospective clients, traders, and businesses in the industrial sector
• Promoting and selling industrial equipment including pumps, compressors, lubricants, and oils
• Building relationships with potential customers and following up on leads
• Accurately recording call outcomes and managing your pipeline
• Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly call and sales targets

What We're Looking For

• A genuine willingness and enthusiasm for cold calling — this is the heart of the role
• Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone manner
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own time while working remotely
• A technical or engineering background is advantageous but not required
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not necessary — we care more about attitude than a CV
