Job Vacancy: Sales & Business Development Executive
The Role:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth for our book and stationery business. This is a field-based "hunter" role for someone who thrives on finding new opportunities, opening doors, and bringing in results. You will be the face of our company in schools, shops, corporate offices, and at major community markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively call potential clients (Schools, Corporate, and Shops) to introduce our brand and secure face-to-face meetings.
- Retail Partnerships: Identify and pitch to retail shops, gift boutiques, and concept stores. Secure agreements for them to stock and sell our products.
- Education Sector Deals: Visit schools to secure contracts for Book Fairs and bulk library supply orders.
- Corporate & Government Accounts: Approach offices and ministries to secure deals for stationery supply and bespoke corporate gifting.
- Event & Market Placement: Secure spots and partnerships at major community markets and events.
- Business Scouting: Constantly scout for new venues, organisations, or shops in Qatar where our products can be distributed.
Requirements:
- Valid Qatar Driving License is MANDATORY (Candidates with their own car are highly preferred).
- Experience: Previous sales experience in Qatar is an advantage, but not mandatory. We value "Drive," "Personality," and a "Hunter" mindset above all else.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work market hours, which may include weekends or evenings for specific events.
- Communication: Professional appearance and excellent English skills, persuasive manner.
- The "Hustle": You must be comfortable with "cold-walking" into shops and "cold-calling" decision-makers to close deals.
